Saint Laurent opens a new store in Miami’s Design District

Saint Laurent has opened a new Miami store, located in the city’s renowned Design District.

The new space – the brand’s second in Miami – is an extension of the house’s sleek design concept. Fusing French-Art Deco nuances and philosophical notions held by the Union des Artistes Modernes – a movement of artists and architects who favoured the raw quality of materials and minimalism – the two-floor location comes decked in signature black and white marble, with clothes suspended on chrome mirrored hangbars and shelves.

Spanning two floors, the new boutique carries Saint Laurent products all categories including ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, sunglasses and jewellery.

Perfectly timed for the art crowd which descends on the city this week for Art Basel Miami, the new store emphasises the US city’s growing importance on the fashion map and is the perfect fit for Saint Laurent’s architectural clarity. What better way to admire art’s hottest prospects than whilst wearing in a new Saint Laurent tasseled leather?

Saint Laurent Miami Design District is located at 149 NE 40th Street, Miami FL 33137.
