Bruce Weber directs a very Versace martial arts movie
By Joey Levenson | Fashion | 12 August 2016

Describing the short, Weber explains how he drew inspiration from  mixed martial arts films he’d been watching lately. “It seems like [the men] are always proving themselves, so that the women characters will fall in love with them […] many women I know really respect the sensitivity and vulnerability of men.” Using this concept for Versace seemed a no-brainer for the photographer: “Versace has always represented this kind of driving passion.”
