Throughout the 1986 film, Aliens, super-protagonist Ellen Ripley survives and destroys a hoard of acid-bleeding, extra-terrestrial biters – all while wearing a pair of Reebok Alien Stompers. Now fans and sneaker aficionados alike will get the chance to own a pair on ‘Alien Day’: Star Wars has May 4th; Back to the Future had October 21st; the Alien franchise will have April 26th (after planet LV-426, a key location for the series’ narrative).

High-top and mid-top variations of the sneaker will be released (former worn by Ripley, and latter worn by Bishop, the android from the film). Avid followers of the franchise haven’t seen the shoes in store since ’87, which were a limited-edition release and soon sold fast. Remember, in space no one can hear you scream…but they can see what’s on your feet.

Reebok’s Stompers will be released April 26th, available through Reebok stores and Reebok.com.
