Timing with Paris Fashion Week, original supermodel Linda Evangelista will be signing copies of the recently-released photo book Linda Evangelista Photographed by Steven Meisel at Saint Laurent’s new Babylone bookstore.

The book curates Evangelista and Meisel’s frequent collaborations, beginning with their first shoot in 1987 for Vogue – the story goes that, having booked Evangelista after seeing her in a European magazine, on her arrival to the set Meisel sent all the other models home. From there, over 180 images shot over twenty-five years chart Meisel’s evolving portraiture of Evangelista – one of fashion’s most extensive and influential relationships.

Evangelista will be signing books at Saint Laurent Babylone, 9 rue de Grenelle, on February 29th, from 17:00.
