Dior’s SS24 campaign is our new colour scheme
By Barry Pierce | Fashion | 16 January 2024

Dior Men’s SS24 Dior collection was a jubilant moment, celebrating not only Kim Jones’ fifth year at the house, but all the creative directors who came before him. If you recall, the show saw the models slowly rising out of the floor on hydraulic lifts and revealed a bright, floral colour scheme that recalled Monsieur Dior’s love of gardening.

Now the collection’s official campaign has dropped and it is just as colourful as the outfits. Shot by Rafael Pavarotti, models appear against hued backgrounds that playfully contrast the outfits in pinks, blues, greens, and yellows. It’s all about mixing heritage with subversion, the classic with the new wave. Tweed is everywhere (this is Dior after all) and the classic cannage pattern is found on jumpers and many of the bags. On foot, we see loafers, exclusively. Eyewear gets its own emphasis and, naturally, the Saddle is out in force.
