Arriving on Paris’ Avenue des Champs-Élysees, Saint Laurent’s newest flagship store is its largest yet. Housed in a historic building on the iconic street, the store introduces a new design concept from Anthony Vaccarello fusing a sense of global discovery with Parisian heritage.

Greeted by a restored Haussmann facade and a double-height foyer featuring a neon light sculpture by artist Cerith Wyn Evans, the luxurious scene is set. Neutral-hued marble works alongside roughly textured accents, creating bold contrasts amid the store’s luminous interiors, while the free-flowing geography of the rooms creates a warm, inviting environment.

The new space will house men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories and fine jewellery alongside a specially curated selection of items. Speaking on the opening, Vaccarello says; “I wanted to realize one of Yves Saint Laurent’s wishes when he arrived in Paris and said he wanted his name to be written in fiery letters on the Champs-Élysées.”
