Dior supersizes a classic design with the Maxi Oblique
By Barry Pierce | Fashion | 25 October 2023

In the history of fashion house motifs, the Dior Oblique is one of the most iconic. Designed by Marc Bohan in 1967, the simple slanted repetition of the Dior name has appeared on practically everything over the years. Now, it has been reinvented in unprecedented proportions by Kim Jones for the Dior Spring 2024 collection.

Rendered in Jacquard, the motif decorates a collection of travel totes such as the Weekender and the North-South. And in a series of essential accessories, you can now get an Oblique’d toiletry bag, pouch and passport holder. Of course, it also appears on the B23 sneakers too, for those who really want to boast their Dior credentials.
