One year on from their transition to a multi-faceted roster of international super-designers, Moncler Genius are continuing to hone their vision with the announcement that Richard Quinn and Matthew Williams of 1017 ALYX 9SM will be joining this season’s talent line-up.

Set to be unveiled in Milan on 20th February, new collections from Pierpaolo Piccioli & Liya Kebede, Simone Rocha, Craig Green, Hiroshi Fujiwara and Francesco Ragazzi will be presented alongside Quinn’s and Williams’ collections, while fellow newcomers Sergio Zambon and Veronica Leoni will present their collection for Moncler 1952.

The appointments are testament to Remo Ruffini’s vision of a high end luxury retailer capable of responsive change and adaption without comprising on the brand’s own rich design ethos. “Moncler Genius is an answer to the times”, said Ruffini, “A symposium of creative minds and an inspiring place. Each Genius operates singularly and the sum of the Geniuses interprets the Moncler identity. Different rooms house different visions, all of them shaping the global Moncler message and the Moncler Genius Building contains them all”.

As such, each collection will be released singularly through monthly projects across both physical and digital mediums. Under this forward-thinking structure, each designer represents an individual vision that will appeal to different cross-sections of global customers while still retaining their place as constituent parts of an all-encompassing Moncler identity.
