The Fendi man is cast as a frequent flyer in this new FW18 campaign

Last season, Silvia Venturini Fendi took the Fendi man on holiday – well, as far as the airport at least. Transforming the show space into an airport arrival hall, models stepped out in varied outfit scenarios built for the house’s imagined frequent flyer.

Now comes the collection’s corresponding campaign imagery. Photographed by German, London-based photographer Daniel Sannwald, the imagery expands on the show’s journey theme, showing models hopping in yellow cabs and relaxing on airplane seats (all looking very nonchalant compared to our usual last minute dashes and OTT luggage, we might add).

Catering to the man always on the go, every piece in the collection is reversible, every piece was two-in-one – some were reversible and others were built with inner layers and removable options. Meanwhile luggage included a special collaboration with German brand Rimowa.
