Need an excuse to get those summer flights to Ibiza booked? Today, Loewe opens a special pop-up boutique at the Island’s Museum of Contemporary Art (MACE), stocking the Spanish fashion house’s collaboration with legendary Ibiza store Paula’s.

Having discovered Paula’s on childhood trips to the Balearic island, Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson has always been fascinated with the maverick store. Last season, the British designer realised his childhood fantasies by teaming up with Armin Heinemann, Paula’s co-founder, for a special collaborative collection. Dipping into the store’s iconic archive, this new line blends Heinemann’s nature-inspired prints with Loewe’s craft-based designs.

Pieces available at the store include tops, skirts and dresses, as well as wallets, handkerchiefs, towels, shoes and bags – including new versions of those Loewe Puzzle and T Pouch bags, this time adorned with a leather parrot applique using the house’s intarsia technique.

Whilst you’re filling your bags with these wardrobe additions, be sure to check out MACE’s exhibition showcasing vintage 80s Paula’s pieces.

Loewe’s Ibiza pop-up store is open from 30th June through to the end of August 2017.
