These special pop-ups are all based on the Fendi Vocabulary, positive words – YES, LOVE, FANTASTIC, TRUST, HOPE, THINK, FENDI – inspired by Ernest Heminway’s writing that were recurring motifs across Silvia Venturini Fendi’s FW17 menswear collection.
“Here are so many changes going on and things are moving faster and faster in the world, that is why I think that we have to evolve and look at the future with an optimistic attitude that can help us facing all these changes and challenges,” says Silvia Venturini Fendi. “Yet, we have to look forward without forgetting the fundamental values of the past. That is why I have chosen to use and print these universal key words on clothes, bags and accessories,”
Stocking a curated selection of ready-to-wear pieces, along with shoes, bags and accessories (including those mega, googly-eyed bug keyrings), the pop-ups replicate the bold and fun colour palette that fed across the FW17 collection.
Fendi’s London DSM pop-up will be open from 22nd June to 9th July, Tokyo Ginza from 29th July to 16th August and New York from 7th September to 21st.
